We are following more than 350 students and faculty for five years to see what impacts your lives! We'll add new cohorts each year between 2020 and 2024.
What Participants Do
In the Spring of each year, we'll invite you to fill out an online survey. This survey will take about 20 minutes to fill out. For each survey you finish, we'll provide a (minimum) $25 incentive.
We're also asking a smaller number of people to take part in a one-hour oral history interview each year so we can learn more about your experiences! Oral history interviews focus on your stories to help build a rich and detailed understanding about peoples' real-world experiences. For each interview you complete, you'll also receive a (minimum) $25 incentive.
Thank you for taking part in this study! Your contribution will help us build understanding about how to support students from diverse backgrounds to succeed in STEM fields.
